GENERAL TERMS FOR WEBSITE USE

Renunciation by any of the parties at any given time of demanding compliance of any of the general terms set forth herein does not amount to a general renunciation of compliance with any other term or terms, nor give rise to an acquired right for the other party.

9. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The provisión of Website services and Content and the above General Terms of Website Use are governed by Spanish law. To the extent permitted by law, the parties agree to subject themselves to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the city of Madrid, and expressly renounce any other jurisdiction that may apply.
