GSMP
A Special Joint Executive Education Model

The GSMP combines the strength of two of Europe and America’s leading business schools. By joining forces in the first senior management program of its kind, the schools bring a rich blend of perspectives and insights that make for a superlative understanding of current and upcoming trends, changes and challenges in global industries.

This joint program provides a platform for senior managers to build on the collective experience and knowledge of participants and professors. This interactive learning model offers a highly-charged environment for participants.

The GSMP faculty has pooled resources to offer innovative management practices in the global business environment. The approach utilized in the program develops the vision, skills and management capabilities required to meet the challenges facing business organizations both today and in the future.

The GSMP offers the combined know how of two of the world`s best executive development faculties. The program has been designed to drive participants beyond simply acquiring new business knowledge and skills. The program will cover key aspects involving the balance of professional and personal life. The ability to achieve this balance and the focus it allows is a critical advantage for senior managers in the current fast paced environment of global industries.

In addition, each executive is asked to bring with them a current and significant business challenge. In work groups, participants apply knowledge acquired from the courses to their own challenges and help their colleagues work through their challenges.

Other valuable take-aways include a new network, tools and competencies that provide additional support and confidence to face imminent challenges as
participants continue to grow in their careers.

The program adapts itself to the specific needs of the participants thanks to the role of the “Program Orchestrator” and the Learning Partners methodology.
