Intersession period

During the intersession module, participants will work on their “Personal Leadership Challenge”, with the support of their “learning partners”.

During the intersession module, participants will also work on:

* an online exercise: that will help participants discover their natural talents versus their learned skills. This information is very useful when delegating to subordinates

* an online questionnaire: that will provide information on which factors most (and least) motivate people in their choice of work, jobs, or challenges

The intersession period also allows participants to maintain online contact with the GSMP Orchestrator and peers, and to adjust the contents to their particular needs, since they have the chance to request more information and discuss any of the topics covered during the first module, but participants are not expected to write reports or dedicate time every day of the week, just to participate in a chat-like forum as much as their job demands allows them.
